BUSINESS ACCELERATOR
The Latino Academy’s Transportation Business Accelerator program is designed for new and existing transportation businesses. It provides tools to grow operations, build workforce capacity, and increase sustainability. The program includes business planning, operations support, and job creation strategies.

Enrollment Requirements
Applicants must be active transportation business owners or currently in the process of launching a transportation company. This program is designed for individuals who are serious about growing or formalizing their business in the transportation industry. All applicants must be at least 18 years old and committed to attending the full training series in order to gain the maximum benefit from the program.
Tuition and Fees
This program is completely free for all participants. There are no costs for enrollment, instructional content, printed materials, or mentoring sessions—everything is fully covered to ensure accessibility and support throughout the training.
Schedule and Format
The training is conducted in person and follows a flexible schedule, with most sessions held during evenings or weekends to accommodate working adults. The program includes a combination of group-based learning, one-on-one coaching with experienced mentors, and opportunities for peer networking and collaboration, creating a supportive and practical learning environment.
