CAREER FAIRS
The Latino Academy’s Career Fairs create opportunities for job seekers to connect directly with employers who are actively hiring. These free events are designed to support individuals at all stages of their career journey—whether you're looking for your first job, exploring new fields, or hoping to advance in your current industry. Participants can meet face-to-face with local and regional employers, learn about open positions, and take the next steps toward meaningful employment.
Accessing The Fairs
Career Fairs are open to the public and free to attend. While pre-registration is encouraged to help us better prepare for the event, it is not required. Walk-ins are welcome, and all attendees will have the chance to speak with employers and access on-site resources.

Schedule and Format
Career Fairs are hosted several times throughout the year at accessible locations in the Madison area. Events typically run for several hours and include employer booths, resource tables, and optional workshops. Most events are held in person, with bilingual staff available to support participants throughout the day.
