When Germán arrived in Wisconsin, he faced the challenge of adapting to a new place without connections or knowledge of local systems. Determined to move forward, he sought out opportunities to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

After attending several classes at the Latino Academy, he joined our Business Accelerator program, he accessed training in technology and business analysis. He applied these tools to develop his company, preparing to take on larger contracts and create opportunities for others. The program provided practical guidance, but Germán’s dedication turned those lessons into action.

Since making these efforts, Germán has achieved greater job stability and financial security. He has also gained a stronger sense of identity, recognizing the contributions Latinos make to the country’s development. “Being at the Academy helped me realize that Latinos are a fundamental part of this country’s growth. I feel proud to contribute, not just for myself, but for future generations.”
