The Latino Academy’s Employment Support Services provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to help individuals successfully navigate the job search process. Whether you’re entering the workforce, changing careers, or seeking better opportunities, our team offers practical, hands-on support tailored to your needs. Services include resume development, interview preparation, document translation, job application assistance, and help using online employment platforms.

Cost of Services
These services are completely free and available to all community members. There are no fees for appointments, materials, or follow-up support. Our goal is to remove barriers so you can focus on your job search with confidence.
Availability and Format
Appointments are available throughout the week with flexible scheduling options. You can choose to meet with a staff member either in person at our office or online through a video call. Sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes long and tailored to your individual goals.
